Ensure that the pastry is always in a safe condition to prevent unnecessary accidents.

Check the quality food, received from the market list.
检验收取的食品质量。
Control cost.
控制成本。
Ensure that all machine ,equipment and utensil are clean and in working condition at all times.
确保所有的机器、设备和用具都干干净净,随时可以使用。
Establish new recipe ideas ,menu ,promotion witch includes mores sources from the local market of avaibility for cost saving purpose.

Familiar with the hotel policy and procedure.

Discuss daily activity with other station supervisor whenever necessary
