Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要义务和职责
 Attends to duty timely, wearing the correct uniform, name badge and well groomed in compliance to the resort grooming policy.
 按时上岗，身着合适的制服，佩戴名牌，根据酒店的仪容仪表标准整理好仪容仪表。
 Attends daily briefing 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each shift.
 在每个班次开始之前 15 分钟，参加每日例会。
 Adheres to all Resort rules and regulations as per Service Standard Policies and Procedures, and follow all communications
 discussed in daily shift briefing.
 根据服务标准政策和程序遵守酒店规章制度，跟进每日换班例会中提及的事情。
 Assist guests in all their needs throughout their stay and ensures all guests are assisted in a warm and personalized manner as
 per resort standards.
 在客人入住期间，根据客人所需提供帮助。确保根据酒店的标准，以热情、个性化的方式帮助客人。
 Handovers accurate information and float to colleagues at shift change.
 交接班时，给同事交接精确的信息。
 Handles all office, computer and other duty related equipment according to the resort standard.
 根据酒店的标准使用办公室、电脑和其他与工作相关的设备。
 Reviews daily special information regarding Arrivals and Departures
 回顾每日关于客人到店和离店的特殊信息。 
 Ensures that the reception is kept tidy and clean at all times whilst on duty.
 确保接待区在任何时候都干净整洁。
 Provides table and/or counter service of alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
 在餐厅或吧台提供含/不含酒精的饮料
 Consistently monitors quality of food and beverage being served and report any issue to the team leader/supervisor
 始终如一检测食品饮料的质量，并向上级及时反馈
 Must have basic food and beverage knowledge

 Clear dirty/empty plates, glasses from the table
 从餐桌上清理脏的/空的餐盘和玻璃器皿
 Polish cutlery, crockery and glasses
 擦餐具，瓷器和玻璃器皿
 Ensure cleaning  of the restaurant
 确保餐厅的整洁
 Maintain service standards of the restaurant
 保持餐厅的服务标准
 Complete opening and closing side work
 完成每个餐段的开餐和收餐服务
 Knowledgeable of special promotions, events and resort activities at all times.
 知悉酒店的特色推广、大型活动以及酒店活动信息。
 Knowledgeable of all resort accommodation types, additional preferences available on request
 知悉酒店客房房型、特殊需求 
 Ensures that the Imperial Club Restaurant is kept tidy and clean at all times whilst on duty
 确保皇家俱乐部餐厅在任何时候都干净整洁。
 Provides high quality F&B services to all Imperial Club guests.
 为皇家俱乐部的所有客人提供高质量的餐饮服务。           
 Attends training on respective tasks and duties in the case of health and safety, fire or other emergency procedures.
 参加健康安全、消防及其他紧急情况处理程序的培训。
 Attends departmental training sessions as requested.
 参加部门培训。
 Works flexible hours and schedules according to resort and Departmental requirement.
 根据酒店和部门的要求，灵活安排工作时间。
 Assist with other job related tasks when requested.
 协助其他与工作相关的任务。
 Ensures guest information is kept confidential at all times as per resort standards.
 根据酒店标准，对客人信息保密。
