Key Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Oversee the implementation of systems, technology, and application services integration work of all sites.监督所有站点的系统、技术和应用服务集成工作的实施。
▪ Manage projects and programs to meet operation needs and requirements of each stakeholder department.管理项目以满足各利益相关部门的运营需求。
▪ Develop reliable and meaningful performance data, insightful analysis, and report from the ERP system forcompany, departmental, and operational performance review.从 ERP 系统中为公司、部门提供可靠且有意义的绩效数据、深入分析和报告,并进行运营绩效评估。
▪ Ensure delivery of all projects in accordance with requirements, scope, schedule, and budgets, all within thePMO and PLM framework.确保在 PMO 和 PLM 框架内按照要求、范围、进度和预算交付所有项目。
▪ Lead, collaborate, communicate, and liaise with project stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors.领导、合作、沟通和联络项目干系人、内部团队和供应商。
▪ Manage and monitor vendor's delivery and quality.管理和监控供应商的交货和质量。
▪ Ensure stability, reliability, and security of all systems.确保所有系统的稳定性、可靠性和安全性。
▪ Proven track records in development, implementation and managing systems, as well as good understandingin system architecture, plus knowledge in technology infrastructure and security functions.在开发、实施和管理系统方面有良好的记录,对系统架构有良好的理解,以及有在技术基础设施和安全功能方面的知识储备。
▪ Solid experience in requirement & system analysis, design, and documentation.在需求和系统分析、设计和文档编制方面有丰富的经验。

▪ 10 + years of relevant working experience in Information Technology in hospitality industry and minimum 5+years in senior manager position.10 年以上酒店行业信息技术相关工作经验,至少 5 年以上高级经理职位经验。
