Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要职责与责任
▪ Familiar with Infrastructure solutions including Server, Storage, Network, Virtualization Platform, CloudService and IT Security & Compliance.熟悉基础架构解决方案，包括服务器，存储，网络，虚拟化平台，云服务和 IT 安全与合规。
▪ Responsible for IT infrastructure setup, administration, maintenance, Information Security and Compliance,such as:负责 IT 基础设施的建立、管理、维护、信息安全和合规，例如:- Server Hardware- Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365- VMware （required）, CITRIX- VDI solutions- LAN / WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN and other network appliances- PCIDSS- Firewall （Cisco & Palo Alto）- Data Center- Cyber Security （local cyber security law, GDPR）
▪ Responsible for IT infrastructure asset procurement, inventory management, software license management,and service maintenance contract renewal.负责 IT 基础设施资产采购，库存管理，软件许可管理，服务维护合同续签。
▪ Trouble shooting, testing, coordination with local carriers, vendors and manage services partners.故障检查，测试，与本地运营商，供应商合作和管理服务合作伙伴。
▪ Provide subject matter expertise when collaborating on cross platform projects for Video, Big-Data, Compute,Storage, Information Security and Data Center.在视频、大数据、计算、存储、信息安全和数据中心等跨平台项目合作时提供相关专业知识。
▪ Define standards and guidelines to establish the efficient enterprise infrastructure.定义标准和指导方针，以建立有效的企业基础架构。
▪ Manage and resolve the incidents reported by End User.管理和解决终端用户报告的事件。
▪ Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing in a large-scale infrastructure and security environment.至少 3 年大型基础设施和安全环境的实际管理经验。
▪ Hand-on and Strong Technical skillset on Network LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, IP routing configurations（router & switch）, Firewall, VMware, SAN storage, DNS, Active Directory, Windows/Linux operating systems.熟练掌握网络 LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, IP 路由配置 （路由器和交换机），防火墙，VMware, SAN 存储，DNS, Active Directory, Windows/Linux 操作系统。
▪ Prefer holder of IT Certificate, e.g., PMP, ITIL, Linux, VMware, CISSP, CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent.持有 IT 证书者优先，如 PMP, ITIL, Linux, VMware, CISSP, CCNP/CCIE 证书或同等证书。
▪ Knowledge on Oracle EBS & MS SQL Applications Environment and have experience on DBA role will bean advantage.熟悉 Oracle EBS、微软 SQL 应用程序环境和有 DBA 工作经验者优先。
▪ Communication and coordination skills with various parties （internal end user, vendor, auditor and internal ITteam）.具有与各方（内部用户，供应商，审核员和内部 IT 团队）沟通和协调的技能。
