Job description:
1. Support full spectrum of office administration including office equipment procurement, maintaining and updating various property reports.
2. Utility fee payment following and apportionment of expenses, assist in renovation projects, SAPH functions and other projects as assigned.
3. Provide admin support to the teams, handle recruitment for SAPH hotel part, insurance claims etc.
4. Responsible for recruitment of SAPH hotel staffs, coordinating with SGCN HR department regarding all HR related managements in SSAC.
5. Assist other departments operation when necessary.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and related disciplines.
2. At least one year experience in administration or HR operation.
3. Good at MS office software such as Word and Excel.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. 协助支持艺术中心所有行政就流程性事务(包括设备/行政/采购);
2. 费用的申请及流程跟进;
3. 负责艺术中心人事的工作,保持和集团HR的对接联系。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 至少一年以上行政或者HR方面的工作经验;
3. 良好的中英语沟通能力及Office技能。
