Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field;
Fluent written and verbal English to work in an English-speaking environment.
At least five years’ experience in the same position in hotel or service apartment.
Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent company data.
Ability to handle finances and work within a budget, conduct business with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, assertiveness and have the ability to serve as a role model for your staff.
