Summary: Achieve the sales target, develop market coverage as well as fully utilize company resources in MAC ON outlet (Small Trendy Bar & Family KTV) through professional management.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
Channel Planning
Design FY activation calendar for Mac on channels based on brand and channel strategy
Creative ideas for KA initiatives and make it happen
Monitor activation execution and finding learnings and insight to improve
Manage consumer A&P spending within budget
Work closely with MKT to work out reasonable and creative mechanism for Trade and consumer
Work closely with Regional Trade marketing on all regional initiatives
Shopper marketing
Develop shopper insight for IS/W by channels
Develop shopper marketing plan – Category Activation for MAC ON channel and customized activation for KA
Lead digital promotion platform for MAC ON
Implement category management project with accounts
Instore visibility
Creative and practical POSM format development for MAC ON
Adapt Brand/Category KV+CTA on the format
Manage production, allocation, execution and evaluation
Requirements:
3 years + sales and trade marketing experience in leading multinational companies, Beer or Spirits industry on-trade marketing background is a plus.
Bachelor degree or above.
Excellent planning and communications skills
Good data analysis ability.
Open minded and easy to adapt to changes.
Strong ability to think out of box and take initiatives
Good English in both oral and written.
