4. Handles deliveries and processing guests’ facsimiles.递送和处理宾客的传真。
5. Handles guests’ request/enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.有礼貌地 ,专业地处理宾客的要求和咨询。
6. Maintaining updated and relevant information to handle guests’ enquiries.保持相关信息的更新。
7. Arrange and confirms travel arrangements for guests.安排及确认宾客的旅游行程。
8. Secures rental cars for guests.为宾客提供安全的用车服务。
9. Orders flowers for guest为宾客定购鲜花。
10. Arranges for babysitting services.安排照顾婴儿服务
11. Recommends books and confirms dining reservations, tours and theatre/performing arts.介绍并预订餐厅 ,旅游,影院,演出等 。
12. Recommends shopping recommendations.推荐介绍购物商店。
13. Assists guests with directions in city.帮助宾客指引城市地理位置。
14. Books and confirms limousine transfers.预订及确认酒店专车服务。
15. Books and confirms taxi requests.预订及确认出租车服务 。
16. Books and confirms transportation request other than hotel limousines.预订及确认除酒店专车外的运输服务 。
17. Coordinates and ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage确保宾客上下行李的运送 。
18. Assists guests with airline lost luggage inquiries帮助宾客查询机场遗失行李。
19. Provides luggage /miscellaneous guest item storage.为宾客寄存行李及其他物品。
20. Supervises and guides the Service Associates –Concierge to ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to.监督和领导员工,惯彻部门方针及程序。
21. Supervises the Concierge operation and work flow to maximize guests’ satisfaction.监督部门日常运作,使宾客满意度达到最大化。
22. Is thoroughly familiar with all emergency procedures and ensure the safety of all hotel employees and guests at all times.熟悉酒店紧急程序,时刻确保酒店宾客及员工的安全。
23. Ensures arriving guests are welcomed warmly and departing guests are sent-off fondly. 确保宾客在到达时受到热烈欢迎,离开时感觉温馨。
24. Assumes other duties as assigned by The Chief Concierge.服从及贯彻礼宾司的工作安排。
