 Watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises.
留意发生在酒店内的非正常、非法或危险活动。
 Check visitors' badges and access authority including vendors, contractors, event set up workers, etc.
检查访客标牌及访问权限，包括供应商、承包商、活动布置工人等。
 Check bags of employees leaving the facility.
员工离开酒店时检查手提包。
 Patrol the hotel （hallways, parking lots, stairwells, lobbies, bars and restaurants） every two hours and document activities in accordance with corporate safety and security guidelines.
每2个小时对酒店巡查一次，并填写巡视记录或报告安保主管进行记录。
 Help investigate, and thoroughly report on guest or staff injuries, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism, and other complaints.
协助调查并汇报客人或员工受伤、偷盗、袭击、物品丢失、车祸、吵闹的聚会、恶意破坏及其它投诉。
 Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
运用外交手段、策略、合适的判断力有效的处理所有任务。
 Work as according to the assigned stationary post or areas, such as hotel fire centre, monitoring centre, patrol, driveway entrance, employee entrance or parking lot. 
按分配至固定岗位或者区域工作，如酒店消防中心、监控中心、巡视、车道出入口，员工出入口或者停车场。
 Be flexible in position and task assignment.
灵活对待岗位及工作的安排。
 Store, assign and keep track of all hotel keys; maintain records of key retrieval and return.
存放、发放并记录所有酒店钥匙；对钥匙的收回做记录。
 Spend all or part of the shift watching the monitors for any suspicious activity.
负责通过监视器观察任何可疑活动。
 Manage aboveground and underground parking spaces and car parking.
管理地上及地下停车位及停机场。
 Manage taxi stand and make sure taxi drivers obey our hotel rules by not entering into our public areas.
管理出租车站点并确保出租车司机遵守酒店规则，不要进入酒店公共区域。
 When positioned at hotel driveway, help guest with open car doors and luggage.
当车辆停在酒店车道时，帮助客人开车门及搬运行李箱。了解酒店及酒店周边信息，为客人提供指引、介绍等服务。
 Evict loiterers or trespassers.
驱逐流浪者或擅自闯入者。
 Be dispatched by telephone or radio to assist or investigate.
通过电话或无线广播派遣协助或调查。
 Assist in an emergency situation, to direct evacuation, or if a false alarm has sounded, to help calm guests.
协助处理紧急情况，指导撤离，或如果有错误警报响起，帮助安抚客人。
 Keep a log and prepare a report of all activities during the shift.

健康与安全（综述）

 Understand and strictly adhere to the Guidelines established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. 
了解并严格遵守员工手册中的指导方针，以及酒店的消防、卫生、健康和安全政策。
 Identify and report any maintenance requirements and hazards in the work place, and report significant issues to your Manager. 
识别和汇报工作场所的维护需求和危险，并向你的经理报告重大问题。
 Stay abreast of changes in your expertise and comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, hygiene, health and safety.

GENERAL
综述
