Watch for unusual, illegal or dangerous activities occurring on the premises.

Check visitors' badges and access authority including vendors, contractors, event set up workers, etc.

Check bags of employees leaving the facility.

Patrol the hotel (hallways, parking lots, stairwells, lobbies, bars and restaurants) every two hours and document activities in accordance with corporate safety and security guidelines.
每2个小时对酒店巡查一次,并填写巡视记录或报告安保主管进行记录。
Help investigate, and thoroughly report on guest or staff injuries, thefts, assaults, lost property, car accidents, loud parties, vandalism, and other complaints.
协助调查并汇报客人或员工受伤、偷盗、袭击、物品丢失、车祸、吵闹的聚会、恶意破坏及其它投诉。
Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.

Work as according to the assigned stationary post or areas, such as hotel fire centre, monitoring centre, patrol, driveway entrance, employee entrance or parking lot.
按分配至固定岗位或者区域工作,如酒店消防中心、监控中心、巡视、车道出入口,员工出入口或者停车场。
Be flexible in position and task assignment.

Store, assign and keep track of all hotel keys; maintain records of key retrieval and return.

Spend all or part of the shift watching the monitors for any suspicious activity.

Manage aboveground and underground parking spaces and car parking.

When positioned at hotel driveway, help guest with open car doors and luggage.

Be dispatched by telephone or radio to assist or investigate.

Understand and strictly adhere to the Guidelines established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Identify and report any maintenance requirements and hazards in the work place, and report significant issues to your Manager.
