1、主持酒店夜间的经营管理活动,并报告工作。
Mainly in charge of all the FO operation during night and report to management team in time.
2、负责协调和督促各部门做好夜间的各种工作。协调夜间各部门的工作关系,处理和解决发生的各种问题和突发的各类事件 Responsible for cummunicating and coorperating with other departments during nigh; handle all the urgent cases and guest complaints happened in the night
3、接待和迎送夜间到/离店的重要宾客,检查有关部门做好服务工作
Welcome and farewell all the VIP guests in the night and provide high standard service
4、负责酒店夜间的质量管理工作
In charge of the night audit and quality control
5、编写“夜间工作日记”,记录当天工作的重要情况,发现的问题及处理的意见和结果,及时递交管理层阅示
Record the night work log book, report to management team and share with the team member for day shifts
