职位介绍 :职位 领班 DEPARTMENT FOOD AND BEVERAGE 部门 餐饮部 SECTION KITCHEN 分部门 厨房 REPORT TO CHEF DE PARTIE 汇报 助理厨师长 BASIC FUNCITON基本职责 Responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the activities of personnel engaged in cooking and preparing food for the restaurant. 负责协助助理厨师长计划,指挥,控制,协调和分担烹饪制作和准备。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务 1. Assists the Chef de Partie in performing his duties; acts as Chef de Partie in his absence. 协助助理厨师长的责任,顶替在助理厨师长不在的时候。 2. Supervises, co-ordinates and participates in the activities of personnel engaged in the preparation and cooking of food 管理,制定参与从事的事物准备和制作。 3. Ensures that hotel cost control policies and procedures are followed 保证饭店的成本在规定的范围内。 4. Ensures availability of adequate supply of food at all times; hygienic standards and sanitation are observed in the kitchen areas and that tools and equipment are handled and maintained and used properly. 保证食品在所有的时间有效适当的供应,卫生标准和卫生设备在厨房区域里严格执行,厨房的工具和设备要成习惯的保养。 5.
