职位介绍 :POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting RCL Admin functions in RCCLCTDC. Works closely with admin teams from training center and hiring partner on a daily base. The role will manage timeline operations between all three parties, as well as other administrative responsibilities related to the training program. ________________________________________ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Fully assist RCL Admin team for administrative and documentations support towards crew member requirements. • Facilitate program timeline operation, including document management, meeting scheduling, and publishing information. • Responsible to maintain training center students’ data in CTRAC. • Manage periodical reports for the program • Manage training center email inbox, answering questions and filing emails • All urgent cases accord to company SQM • Document translation • Responsible to check up and timely supplement for crew office daily use form and office stationaries. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management. ________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, directly related experience. • Cross culture experience preferred • Shipboard experience preferred. ________________________________________ KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently • Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel and Word etc. Specific Skills Preferred. • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from students, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. ________________________________________
