To clean and wash pots, pans and other kitchen utensils according to established performance standards. To count, sort and prepare operating equipment for banquet functions. Sort through all trash in garbage room and recycle any material that should not have been thrown away Cook Helper: Stock food items neat in shelves and fridges.
