职位介绍 :主要职责 Primary Responsibilities : 1、负责回答和处理所有打进打出酒店的电话和酒店内部电话。 Responsible for answer and place all incoming and outgoing calls and calls originating within the hotel. 2、对酒店,酒店员工,酒店服务以及各部门营业时间,周边的环境有了解。对于酒店的客房十分清楚,包括方位,朝向,客用品,特色以及房型等等。 Have knowledge of hotel, hotel associate, and hotel services with hours of operations for all departments’ involved and surrounding areas. Has a thorough knowledge of guestrooms including: locations, views, amenities, features, types, etc. 3、转接和处理国内长途和国际长途,计算并记录费用,通知客人费用将费用及时转交 至前厅出纳处。 Receives and places long distance and overseas calls; computes and records charges, informs guests and forwards charges immediately to Front Office Cashier. 4、通过电话更新房态。 Updates room rack in Telephone Exchange. 5、处理叫醒电话和有关直接为客人服务及提供客人相关信息的事件。 Handles wake-up calls and requests for direct assistance from guests; gives general information to guests. 知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience : 1、高中以上学历,形象气质佳,富有亲和力。 High school degree or above, good image and temperament with affinity. 2、沟通能力强,普通话标准,具有良好的服务意识与团队合作意识。 Strong communication skills, standard Mandarin, good sense of service and teamwork. 3、熟练使用相关办公软件。 Proficient in office software. 4、能适应早晚班工作时间。 Able to work in morning and evening shifts. 5、热爱酒店行业,具有较强的团队精神。 Enthusiastic hospitality industry, with strong team spirit.
