职位介绍 :Job Summary The Manager, Talent Development is responsible to source, identify, select and recruit the best talents in the market for the resort. The manager is to administer and manage the hiring and on-boarding process with all candidates. Key Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment Process 1. Review the resort manning with Director, Talent Development and to drive the hiring process according to resort service requirement and business needs. 2. Adhere to the resort approved salaries and benefits grid set for each position 3. Determine sourcing strategies and to reach the widest pool of applicants possible. Advertise vacancies using internal job board and external resources. (social media channels and other platforms) 4. Manage the resort recruitment website. 5. Conduct pre-screening, short listing and selecting of potential applicants 6. Carry out interview process as per the resort interview and selection policy and procedures 7. Co-ordinates and manages the post interview feedback with department hiring manager 8. Conduct reference checks on all suitable candidates prior to making an offer in compliance with company policy 9. Co-ordinate selection tests and assessments with departmental hiring manager Agency Management 1. To liaise with local and international recruitment agents in recruiting talents – Mass Recruitment for line level roles and Executive Search for assistant manager and above roles. 2. Build and maintain good relationships with schools/colleges 3. Prepare agent score card and provide feedback to agent after each recruitment trip. (Mass Recruitment) 4. Assist with the design of recruitment presentation and materials for recruitment trips 5. Manage the talent pipelines together with the Director, Talent Acquisition 6. Conduct research on new source market and provide sound advice to the Director, Talent Acquisition on ways to attract talents into the business. Candidates Management 1. Manage candidate expectation from the initial meeting to onboarding stage. Keeping new hire informed at all time on the resort onboarding requirement and to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. 2. Effectively communicate with all candidates making sure all unsuccessful candidates are informed once the position is closed. 3. Build strong professional relationships with potential candidates in the market. 4. Actively engage in sourcing industry professionals to build a talent pipeline, in particular for the high turn-over and specialist roles. Others 1. Ensures that all appropriate correspondence is produced and that appropriate records are maintained 2. Keep up to date with China labor legislation relevant to recruitment and selecting 3. Conduct research on recruitment trends in hospitality industry 4. To ensure job descriptions and skills specifications are updated and relevant on an ongoing basis. 5. Provide training and coaching to managers on recruitment process and interviewing techniques 6. Work closely with the officers, Talent Acquisition and develop their skills so that they can potentially take over the role when the Manager, Talent Acquisition is not available. 7. Develop a professional understanding of the business to act as a consultant to the business leaders 8. Work with the Director, Talent Acquisition to review recruitment policies in order to drive effectiveness of selection and interview process. 9.
