职位介绍 :我们是一家提供高端员工餐饮外包服务的全球500强企业,目前正在为重要企业客户员工餐厅招聘中餐/西餐主厨岗位 做五休二,周末双休,8小时工作制,具体排班根据项目点安排 包工作餐,缴纳五险一金,提供带薪休假,年终绩效奖金 职责范围: l 通过提供高水准食品和富有创意的菜单,来赢得客户的尊崇和就餐人员的高满意度。 l 负责管理餐厅厨房的整体运作,并确保餐厅管理的卫生安全清洁能够达到公司和客户的标准。 l 及时给予员工培训和指导,监督食品的准备和出品达到客户要求。 l 在餐厅服务和团队管理中体现信任、正直、尊重团队和服务促进理想的企业文化。 任职要求: l 有餐饮行业中西餐工作10年以上经验,具备星级酒店厨师长经验,有员工餐经验的优先 l 熟悉中西菜菜式,熟悉多种中华菜系烹饪方式,有大型企业团餐经验优先考虑 l 良好的执行力和领导力,较丰富的团队管理经验,有领导厨房团队的经验 l 具备创新思想和战略眼光,能够开发新式食品并不断发展新菜单,并能精确控制成本。 l 有较强的沟通和表达能力,以及成本控制能力 l 对食品和客户服务保持高度热情 l 有责任心,无不良嗜好,能吃苦耐劳 l 可以运用电脑编辑文档 Executive Head Chef Location: Shanghai Job Summary To provide strategy and innovation in line with commercial food and menu planning that improve the Company’s reputation for food quality and enhances client and customer experience. Responsible for driving compliance of Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and chemical regulations. Drive sales through company menu standards and promotions and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers. Provide high quality service to customers and client in line with a food service offer that is applicable to sector and client. Principle Accountabilities l Develops and writes standard recipes l Take an active part in any unit sales promotions and make suggestions to help increase sales and achieve the optimum profit. l Manages the Food Production and operations to achieve the optimum quality level of food production and sanitation。 l Makes recipes and maintains up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage operation l To deal with customer requests promptly and politely. l Ensure all ordering is carried out using nominated suppliers, stock is maintained at appropriate levels. Ensure weekly stocktaking is carried out. l Conform to employment legislation and observe the Company’s procedures in respect of recruitment, selection, training and conditions of employment, grievances and disciplinary matters. Critical Experiences and Skills l Experience in an Exec or Head Chef role at a similar level l Experience of leading a successful team l Familiar with Chinese meal or western dishes l Demonstrate innovation and strategic direction in food planning and menu development l Knowing about vegetarian recipes will be a plus l Passion about food and customer service l Knowledge of working to a budget and achieving GP l Food hygiene certificate l I.T & computer literat l Fluent verbal and written English Competency Expected from the Role l Competent to work within or lead, manage and develop the team. l Acts in line with guidelines and procedures, to ensure the team operates to its maximum potential. l Always strives to deliver above and beyond the expectations set by management, customer and client. l Has a proven desire for the delivery of the highest quality of service and food offer obtainable.
