职位介绍 :This position is responsible for the direct supervision of all Sales Managers, Account Managers, Sales Executives, and Coordinators, sales efforts in pursuing leads and monitoring their results. Fully understand Hilton’s marketing strategy, Sales & Marketing Plan, Budget and Goals. 充分理解希尔顿的营销策略,市场销售部的计划、预算和目标。 2. Fully understand and follow the Hilton SOP, and make sure all government section staff follows as well. 充分理解并遵守希尔顿标准行为程序,并确保所有的部门员工遵守。 3. To oversee all the activities of government section’s Sales Managers, Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Coordinator and meet the desired goal of the hotel in an efficient way. 监督负责政府业务的销售经理、销售副经理、销售主任和销售协调员的一切活动,以有效的方式达到酒店的预期目标。 4. Ensure all section staffs have efficient administration in office procedure and smooth operation of the sales office system. 在办公流程中高效管理各部门员工,确保销售办公系统的顺利运行。 5. To conduct communication with sales staff on a daily basis to review sales results and advice subordinates of strategies/ additional responsibility. 与销售部员工进行沟通,审阅销售结果,给团队成员以对应策略或附加建议。 6. To guide the section’s Sales Managers, Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Executives to contact potential accounts and ensure proper servicing of the accounts. 指导部门的销售经理,销售副经理和销售主任联系潜在客户,并保证对客户恰当的服务。 7. Form effective weekly sales activity plan with targets and feedback and result from executing all sales actions, reflect through Sales activity plan for any sales calls, Entertainment, Site inspections and in house meeting and ensure team is also following same standard. 有效的计划每周的销售工作重点并且严格执行,且将任何销售行动体现在每日销售记录和反馈中,并且确保团队成员执行一致。 8. To oversee the development of confirmed business through communication with subordinates and greet/ meet clients when they are in-house. 通过与团队成员交流,监督已确定订单的发展,当客人入住时拜访他们。 9. To carry out the goal in the Sales Action Plan of all sales targets. 完成在销售工作计划中所有目标。 10. To accompany sales team on sales call and lead the team in achieving the goals. 陪同销售团队进行销售拜访,指导他们完成销售目标。 11. To make recommendation and give suggestion on marketing programs/ campaigns that will impact the market place. 对会影响市场地位的市场营销活动或方案提出建议和意见。 12. To assist in the marketing plan and budget preparation. 协助制定市场营销计划及预算。 16. Attend the Sales daily briefing, HOD meeting and Commercial meeting. 参加每日销售简会、HOD会议和商务会议。 17. To submit sales report and plan upon request. 应要求提交销售报告和计划。 18. Fluent in written and oral English 流利的英语书面和口头表达能力 19. Above 28 years of age. 28周岁以上 20. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the hotel industry in a managerial role. 至少5年以上的酒店行业管理经验。 21. Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and aptitude. 良好的人际沟通技巧,有很强的领导能力和天赋。 22.
