职位介绍 : Job Summary: To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the assigned ADD. Operate the ADD as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale. Job Knowledge / Skill: Very good English skills (written & verbal) Computer operation and familiarity with some software packages, including Spreadsheet programs Experience: Working experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Hotel for 2-3years Additional Skill required: Good leadership skills / good training conducting skills /Strong organization skills Open minded and out going personality
