职位介绍 :PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 · Directly responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel. 直接全面负责整个餐厅,保证餐厅营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。 · Responsible to maintain the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests. 有责任去保障所有同事的福利,培训和资源,只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。 · Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure. 通过增加更多的收益和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。 · Be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement. 每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。 · Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary. 执行任何管理层委托的工作。 ADMINISTRATIVE行政管理 · Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets. 负责餐厅的财务和账单的处理。 · Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the colleague time control and payroll systems by working with Finance and Human Resource Department. 通过和财务部及人力资源部的合作,精确管理好每位同事的加班时间和考勤。 · Periodically plan colleagues outside activity to promote teamwork. 定期的计划同事外出活动,促进团队合作精神。 · Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation. 通过坦率的交流和配合,积极的建立跨部门的沟通与合作关系。 · Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner. 关注客人的需求,在24小时内以适当的方式去回应。 MARKETING市场推广 · Develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet. 协助发展和完成销售计划,扩大部门的市场占有率。 · Be aware of competitors in the market & complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis. 每个季度要熟悉竞争者的市场并加以分析。 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 Experience 经验 · Minimum 5 years restaurant operations experience, at least 2 year management experience. 五年餐厅工作经验和至少有两年以上的餐厅管理经验。 Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能 / 知识 ·Demonstrated leadership qualities. 能体现领导者的素质。 ·Demonstrated good technical knowledge of restaurant operations. 具备优秀的专业的餐厅运营知识。 · Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills. 有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。 · Demonstrated strong work ethic. 具备和实现优秀的职业道德。 · Demonstrated great hospitality skills and sensitivity to guest needs. 良好的服务待客技巧预知客人的需求。 · Demonstrated a good understanding of food production. 对食物产品知识的充分了解。 Computer Knowledge 电脑知识 · Knowledge of MS office software 能够使用日常的办公室软件。 Language Proficiency 语言能力 · Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. 具备优秀的英语和普通话表达能力。
