职位介绍 :Scope of Position 职能范围 The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all learning and organizational development activities are aligned to the corporate direction. Furthermore, the L&D Manager is responsible for providing as well as “Promoting a Climate of Enthusiasm” amongst all levels throughout the hotel by creating and ensuring colleague satisfaction through effective learning and development. 负责保证所有的学习与组织发展活动与企业方向一致。此外,负责在全酒店倡导和提供积极的氛围,通过有效的学习与发展活动提高和保证员工满意度。 Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责 1. Major responsibilities 主要职责 • Develop L&D policies as required. 根据要求制定学习与发展政策。 • Develop and monitor annual and monthly training budget. 制定并监控年度及月度培训预算。 • Conduct needs analysis with department managers to assess specific learning needs. 与部门经理合作进行需求分析,确定学习需求。 • Maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs (on-line or off-line) 熟悉当前法定的培训项目的要求,以及开发一些创新的培训项目(线上或者线下) • Conduct training programs such as Orientation, English training, customer service programs, supervisory and management skills programs, and other components of the LHI Learning & Development Framework as necessary. 根据需要开展各项培训课程,如入职培训、英语培训、客户服务培训、管理技能培训及朗廷酒店集团学习与发展框架中的其他培训项目。 • Coordinate training programs with external consultants such as beauty make-up class, grooming class, fire safety training, first aid class, hygiene class, etc. 与外方顾问协调化妆、仪容仪表、防火安全、急救、卫生等培训项目。 • Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting training audits and produce audit reports for management review. 通过审核评估培训效果,制作审核报告交管理层审阅。 • Develop Departmental Trainers System by conducting Train-the-trainer program, monthly training plan and report system, etc. 通过培训员培训、月度培训计划和报告系统等发展部门培训员系统。 • Conduct monthly departmental trainer meeting. 组织每月部门培训员会议。 • Sit-in departmental training sessions and give feedback to departmental trainers. 旁听部门培训并向部门培训员提供反馈。 • Develop and monitor Best Trainer Award system. 发展和监控最佳培训员奖励系统。 • Monitor and oversee all departmental learning programs including, Departmental Orientation, FLHSS (Fire Life Health Safe Security), etc 监督和管理所有部门学习项目,包括部门入职、防火、生命健康、安保培训等。 • Develop and present Annual and Monthly Training Plan and Calendar. 制定出台年度和月度培训计划和日程安排。 • Recruit and monitor student trainees and management trainees according to annual plan. 根据年度计划招聘并监督学校实习生及管理实习生。 • Conduct monthly trainee meeting. 组织每月实习生会议。 • Monitor and control training resources. 监管培训资源。 • Track, input and maintain all individual colleague learning & development records within HRMIS System. 在人力资源管理信息系统内跟踪、录入及管理所有员工的学习与发展记录。 • Maintenance of attendance records and other documentation related to the Learning & Development efforts. 维护与学习和发展活动有关的考勤记录和其他文件。 • Maintain creative training communication channels (Wechat, Notice Board, emails or other platform). 管理各个培训沟通渠道,保证其内容新颖。 • Observe and appraise colleague performance during sessions, providing feedback to management which would facilitate improvements in accordance to LHI standards with regard to product and performance. 评估员工在各阶段的表现并向管理层反馈,以促进产品和绩效按朗廷酒店集团的标准不断得以提高和完善。 • Support all efforts to enliven our Company’s Vison, Mission, Objective & Values (VMOV) Brand Promise, and Quality and Guest Experiences programs throughout the hotel leading by example and serving as a role model. 支持酒店内一切以实例和楷模活化公司远景、使命、目标、信念,品牌承诺以及顾客体验项目。 • Ensure security and confidentiality of all information throughout the hotel. 保证酒店所有信息机密安全。 • Plan and conduct meetings with EXCO members, department managers, departmental trainers and rest of colleagues to review performance trends, develop action plans and give recognition. 组织会议,与行政委员会委员、部门经理、部门培训员及其他员工研究业绩走向、制定行动方案并给予肯定。 • Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary. 执行任何管理层委托的工作。 2. Human Resources responsibilities 人力资源职责 • Work closely with entire HR Team with regard to promoting an “employer of choice” philosophy. 与整个人力资源团队密切配合,倡导“理想雇主”宗旨使命。 • Career development programs for colleagues. 为员工提供职业发展计划。 • Involvement in the local community. 积极参与当地社区活动。 • Assist in all colleague recognition programs such as Thank-you Card, Colleague of the Month, Birthday parties, annual party, holiday parties & celebrations. 协助所有员工认同计划,如每月最佳员工、生日会、年会、节日庆祝会等。 Requirements 职位要求 1. Mandatory 必备要求 Educational Background 教育背景 • Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Communications, Education, Psychology, Fine Arts or other related areas. 人事、酒店管理、传播、教育、心理学、文学或其他相关专业学历 • Previous HR experiences a plus. 有人事经验最佳 Experience 工作经验 • A minimum of 5 years in training experience, preferably within the hospitality field or high end customer service discipline 至少5年培训工作经验,酒店或高端客服领域最佳 Job Skill / Knowledge 职业技能/知识 • Knowledge of different departments within a hotel setting. 熟悉酒店各部门 • Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks. 同时协调多项工作的能力 • Knowledge of how to develop training programs 开发培训计划的能力 • Strong Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
