2012年，万达酒店及度假村管理公司在长沙、太原、泉州、漳州、宁德和淮安等地已经开业并管理了6家五星级及超五星级酒店。2013年底，旗下管理的酒店将于天津、沈阳、哈尔滨、武汉等门户城市和区域中心城市陆续开业，自营酒店数量预计将会快速发展到42家。
In 2012, Wanda Hotels and Resorts opened and managed six properties in Changsha, Taiyuan, Quanzhou, Ningde, Zhangzhou, Huaian which are five-star and five-star plus hotels and Resorts has a substantial development pipeline with projects in the end of 2013 to 42 properties in Tianjin, Shenyang, Harbin, Wuhan across China.

Wanda Reign Wuhan is planning to be opened on 30st March 2013. The hotel locates at Wuhan central district which is a six-star plus hotel managed by Wanda. The total construction area is 70.8 thousands square meters which including 62.3 thousands square meters ground area and 8.5 thousands square meters underground area. The building has 21 floors on the ground and 4 layers underground; a total of 411 rooms including 376 standard rooms, 30 suites, 4 trip connecting rooms and 1 presidential suite.
