需要时开展相关培训
确保所有的员工了解自己的岗位职责，并已培训并被告知需完成这些工作
坚持维护公司的规章制度
通晓安全知识包括对于在工作场所任何具体危险的认识，根据健康和安全法案规定，精通健康有害物控制规程
负责餐厅的日常运营工作
执行上级主管不时要求的其他合理职责
岗位要求:
至少5年以上高端餐饮工作经验
良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作
认真自信，积极主动，以客户为导向
良好的中英文表达能力
Job Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of new ideas and projects （including promotions and new products）.
Always acts as a mentor, managing and mentoring subordinates.
Promotes a good working relationship with the department and other departments of the company, making us a professional and proactive team.
Guide employee development, support employee's decision, adjust work content.
Encourage and promote teamwork by participating in organizing staff activities.
Achieve employee satisfaction goals.
Maintains good communication with the chef team to ensure that special needs of guests are properly addressed.
Get feedback from guests before they leave.
Record daily service problems in the manager's report.
Treat every employee as a member of our team at all times and provide them with assistance and training to help achieve the desired service standards.
Carry out relevant training as required.
Ensure that all employees understand their job responsibilities and are trained and informed to perform them.
Adhere to the company's rules and regulations.
Know safety knowledge including awareness of any specific hazards in the workplace and mastery of health hazard control procedures in accordance with the Health and Safety Act.
Be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant.
Perform such other reasonable duties as may be requested by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
At least 5-year-experience in high-end F&B industry.
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Serious, Confident,Takes Initiative,Customer-oriented.
Good expression skills in both English and Mandarin.
