Responsibilities/职位描述
1. To ensure consistency and highest quality in the taste, presentation and appropriate food temperature for food served in the outlet
确保食物在餐厅被端出时拥有最高的质量以及稳定的口味,摆盘和食物应有的适当温度
2. Assists Chef de Parties & Demi DDP in ensuring that production level of food required is consistency with the needs of the Company
协助厨房主管和厨房领班确保所需食品拥有稳定的生产水准来达到餐厅的要求
3. Ensure that all menu items dispatched for service are in accordance with established standards of presentation
确保所有被派发出去用来做服务的菜单产品符合既定的已有标准
4. Maintains good relationship with colleagues and contributes to team spirit
确保同事之间拥有良好的关系和提高团队精神
Must Have Qualifications/任职条件:
1. Basic understanding of Mandarin, English
有基本的普通话,英语基础
2. With hotel experience or 1 year recognized restaurant experience or minimum 1 year & half in similar capacity
有酒店经验或一年以上认可的餐厅经验或至少一年半的相似经验
3. Cooperative, Interpersonal Skills & Creativity
具备合作,人际交往能力和创造力
4. Flexible and adaptable to different working locations and hours
