主要职责Primary Responsibilities : 1、记录以前、现在以及有潜力的客户和每个客户的客户档案。
Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
2、对预先制定的计划进行所需的拜访。
Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
3、预备好每个月假设的工作表来记录下所有的销售情况和上月销售有关的活动。
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
4、主要负责管理MICE客户和地区委派的任务,包括日常的销售拜访,发展新客户,谈判合同和与客户保持良好的工作关系以取得并超过整个酒店的预算目标。
The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing MICE accounts or area of coverage assigned to him / her which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
5、每月递交客户账户清单报告。
Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
知识和经验Knowledge and Experience: 1、大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2、较好的英语口语基础,形象气质佳,善于电脑操作,具备较强的团队凝聚力。
Good Oral English foundation, good image and temperament, good at computer operation, with strong team cohesion.
3、热爱酒店工作,积极进取,善于沟通和协调。
Be passionate about hotel work, aggressive, good at communication and coordination.
4、注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,执行力较强。
Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, strong executive ability.
5、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and pressure tolerance.
