职位描述:
1. To report on duty punctually according to the duty roster
根据部门班表,准时到岗
2. To make sure that the entire premises are properly cleaned up at the end of the service
确保在所有送餐服务完毕后,适当保持清洁
3. To delegated task assignments are carried out with professional and friendly attitudes
以专业友善的态度完成所有被指定的任务
4. To ensure that mise-en-place is ready and all equipment such as cutlery, glasses and chinaware required are cleaned to the best standard for service
确保所有各类摆放及所有设备例如餐具,玻璃器皿,陶瓷器干净整洁到位,符合服务的高水准
5. To set up trays and relevant mise-en place according to guest orders
根据客人需求布置托盘
6. To take note of menu and additional information regarding VIP, special room set up etc. given by the team leadrer/ Head Waiter during the briefing
根据客房送餐主管的要求,特别注意贵宾客人的菜单需求及一些额外的信息,特殊房间的布置等事宜
7. To ensure that all guest orders are delivered on time according to the hotel polciy
确保所有客人的订单准时送至
8. To check each table and tray against the guests order and according to Room Service menu prior to being sent to the guest room
在将客人所订食品饮料送至其房间前检查订单是否正确避免发生错误
9. To report immediately to Supervisor/ Team leader any complaint and problems with guest
