职位介绍 : Prepare check-in material in advance according to New Associates Checklist, including name tag, locker, meal card & etc. Master Check In process for new hires including trainees and make sure all related signatures are collected and documents are in compliance. Be responsible for associates ID card preparation and replacement. Prepare uniform, name tag and lockers before cross training associate on board. Updated associates' emergency contact list. Administer associates’ medical certificates, ensure all certificates are within period of validity. Reimburse Medical Check expense to associates (after probation). Maintain associates lockers, ensure all associates use their locker properly, take actions of repairing and fixing whenever there is any damage on associates’ lockers. Ensure lockers’ usage P&P is implemented smoothly. Administer HR Software (kayang) system (check-in materials & medical certificates). Maintain Attendance Machine and export monthly attendance records for every department. Make meal record report with Finance monthly. Take in charge of check-out procedures according to separation checklist. Responsible for the maintenance of Associate bulletin board and Memo. Assist ADHR to coordinate associates’ activities, including annual party, children's party, StarVioce, blood donation & etc. Prepare monthly birthday gifts for associates. Be responsible for HR gift store and make record. Maintain an efficient office filing system (manual and computerized) to ensure easy access to all records and files. Maintain the cleanness and tidiness of Office interview area, make sure everything is in order and water is available for interviewees. Maintain all office equipment and an adequate stock supply in the Human Resources Department, including stationary, forms and equipment. Assist Recruitment on screening CV and coordinate interviews. Assist Recruitment on PAF passing or other related procedures. Assist in payment preparation and tracing, such as dormitory expenses, trainee expenses. Assist in Purchasing and receiving process. Get familiar with hotel operation; assist in communication with trainees/colleges when necessary. Good knowledge with Starwood programs and initiatives. Be Westin. Make sure Westin brand standard to be well compliance in all HR activities such as recruitment, Employer Branding practice and align with HR Media Policy.
