北京紫金丽亭酒店位于西长安街沿线,西翠路上,地处五棵松、公主坟商圈中心。酒店比邻万事达中心、正院大宅门、全聚德烤鸭、成龙耀莱国际影城,紧邻北京西客站、北京南站、五棵松及万寿路地铁站。酒店适合召开各种商务会议,并提供专业婚礼策划服务。北京紫金丽亭酒店拥有262间大面积商务客房, 房内配有根据人体工学设计的办公桌及欧式淋浴设施,可免费使用高速宽带。砾砾西餐厅、鸿雅阁中餐厅及健身中心,可满足宾客多种娱乐和休闲需求。



Park Plaza Beijing West located in Xicui Road, along the Chang'an avenue. Hotel near the Mastercard Center, Beijing Duck Restaurant, CHARTER Shopping Mall, Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station and Wanshoulu Subway Station. Hotel provides several of business conference and also provides wedding planning services. Hotel has 262 spacious guest rooms includes Deluxe Room, Business Room, Executive Room, Suite Room which are all with ergonomic desk, European shower Facilities and FreeBroadband Internet access. Hotel offers Solid Dining room, R.E.D dining room and the Fitness center. Meets guest with a variety of entertainment and leisure needs.



TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS:Work with all department heads to analyze departmental staff's training needs and ensure training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.

ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN:Under guideline of the General Manager's direction, work out Annual Training Plan,according to the training needs and management needs, and submit Annual Training Plan to Director of Human Resources and General Manager. The Annual Training Plan is including the following:

在总经理的指导下,根据培训需求及管理需求,制定年度的培训计划上交人力资源总监和总经理

EVALUATION-Evaluate programs conducted and improve when possible

评估-评估开展的培训项目并改进

LEARNING ORGANISATION- Create the environment where the trainee can practice what they have learnt at the workplace and evaluate the efficiency of it with department heads..

学习及组织-创建一个环境使学员能够实践他们在工作中所学的知识,并与部门经理沟通学习有效性。

RESOURCES LIBRARY -Maintain and activate libary

TRAINING INFORMATION SYSTEM:Develop a database for storing all training information. The database will be able to identify programs that the employee has completed and remaining programs the employee is required to attend

开发一个存储所有培训信息的数据库.该数据库将能识别员工已参加的培训项目以及需要参加的项目.

TRAINING BUDGET:Under guideline of the General Manager's direction, work out Annual Training Budget according to the Annual Training Plan,

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES:Work with all department heads on developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures

与各部门经理一起改进和审查标准操作规程

SUCCESSION PLAN:Work with all Department Heads to identify the high potential employee and submit proposal to General Manager's approval. Confirm the training needs with Department Heads for high potential employee and make the relevant training and developing plan.Review candidates performances regularly and assist them to achieve the desired results.

与部门经理一起确认高潜质员工,提交接班人候选人名单给总经理批准。并与其部门经理确认候选人的培训需求;定期审查培训人选的表现并协助他们获到预期结果

TRAINING REPORTS-submit the Monthly Training Report to Management which should include the following:

培训报告-向管理层每月递交每月培训报告

TRAINERS CLUB:Conduct monthly meetings with Department Trainer s to communicate with Department Training to improve service quality

每月召开部门培训员会议,与他们郊游部门培训事宜,以期改进部门培训从而改进服务质量。

Conduct annual associate opinion survey and survey feedback the survey result to management so that we can conduct the relevant improvement.

组织每年一度的员工意见调查,并把调查结果反馈给管理层,以做出相应改进。

Required Skills:

Fluent in written and spokenEglish

流利的英语书写表达能力

Have general computer skills including :Word、Execl and PPT.

良好的电脑技能:包括Word、Excel和PPT

Good commend of management skills

良好的管理技巧

Required Experience:

Have star international hotelTraining Mgrexperience、overseas learning experience

具有国际品牌星级酒店培训经理工作经验或海外学习经历
