Coffee Ambassador
To showcase Nespresso as an iconic coffee brand by coffee knowledge sharing, coffee recipe preparation and products demonstrations in all aspects of commercial activities including but not limited to coffee launch campaigns, B2B corporate events, B2C products roadshows and any other media events.
Job Responsibilities:
Be a Nespresso product expert understanding Nespresso products’ features, benefits, usage and values
Deliver the ‘Ultimate Coffee Experience’ in China by showcasing and demonstrating products in commercial campaigns not limiting to machine & coffee launches, B2B corporate events, B2C products roadshows and any other media events.
Work closely together with B2B, Boutique, Trade, CRC, and e-Commerce to understand different consumers’ needs and to support specific training programmes and events when required for key business partners
Execute local adaptation of creative materials and training contents from HQ
Support and train coffee specialists recruited for marketing events
Support any activities aiming to increase the brand awareness and boosting sales
Job Requirements:
University Graduate
Coffee lover, coffee expertise from the cherry to the cup is a plus
Highly developed communication and presentation skills
Premium product insight
Experience in commercial and marketing areas is a plus
Experience in training and coaching is a plus
Excellent in spoken and written Chinese and English
