一、工作职责 Job Responsibility
1.根据公司战略发展需求，协助总经理制定公司运营项目发展规划和年度运营计划；
According to the company strategicdevelopment requirement, to assist General Manager to formulate planning for operationproject development, and annual operating work planning;
2.根据年度工作计划，完善及监督执行详细的行政制度、运营管理制度纲要；
According Annual WorkingPlanning, to formulate detailed administrative system、operationmanagement regulation outline;
3.在运营指导纲要的指导下，指导完善集团公司对旗下酒店管控体系；
Following the guide of operationguiding outline, to guide and complete controlling system between Group Bodyand Group Member Hotels;
4.根据集团对旗下酒店管控体系，指导并管理运营部各职能部门按照运营工作计划开展对旗下酒店的技术支持和管理；
According to the controlling systembetween Group Body and Group member hotels, to guide and manage technicalsupporting and management between different functional department and Groupmember hotels in terms of the operating working planning.
5.监督、指导集团运营管理团队，为旗下酒店提供及时有效的技术支持和工作指导；
To supervise、guideGroup operation management team, to provide timely and effective technicalsupporting and working instruction for Group’s Member Hotels;
6.完成领导分配的其他工作。
To complete other jobs assigned by theleader.
二、任职要求 Job Qualification
1、大学本科以上文化程度，具备项目运营的综合素质和专业能力；
Bachelor degree or up, has the abilityand quality of project operating;
2、十年或以上酒店管理相关经验，有国际酒店管理公司或国际酒店管理工作经验优先;
Tenyears or up hotel management experience, international hotel management companyor international hotel management work experience preferred;
3、具备项目运营的综合素质和专业能力，熟悉项目运营和管理的工作流程；
Have a ability of project operating overall quality andprofessional skills, be familiar with work process of project operation andmanagement;
4、优秀的人品和价值观，具有一定的亲和力；
Good personality and values, has a sense of affinity;
5、出色的分析判断能力和组织协调能力。能够承受较大的工作压力；
Good analysis ability and coordinationability, able to work under high pressure;
6、执行力高，服从董事会决策，为人正直，并具有优秀的沟通能力；
High sense of execution be able tolistening, good sense of honest and high communication skills.
7、较强的社会交往及语言文字写作能力，较强的学习能力和业务管理能力；
Good social skills and literarywriting skill, good learning skills and operation management skills;
8、工作作风严谨、敬业、责任心强，具有团队协作精神;
