岗位职责: - 确保适当地清洁所分配的区域
- 及时地向公共区域或客房部文员汇报任何错误或维护要求
- 了解各餐厅出口的位置和其它设施, 以便在需要时正确地引导客人
- 打扫卫生时尽量减少对客人的打扰
- 在电梯区域工作时,在必要时帮助客人
- 确保手纸被正确地摆放在卫生间
- 恰当地问候所有的客人并面带笑容
- 保持工作篮的整洁和充分的补给
- 维持所有的装备处于良好的工作状态
- 储存室整洁,井井有条
- 准时报到且随时穿戴正确的制服和名牌
- 为客人提供高质量的服务
- 确保满足客人的需要和合理的要求
- 为人诚信,提供真实有效的个人信息,无不良刑事行为记录
Job Description: 1. Ensure that assigned areas are properly cleaned
2. Report any errors or maintenance requirements to common area or housekeeping clerk in a timely manner
3. Know the location of exits and other facilities in each restaurant to guide guests correctly when needed
4. Minimize the disturbance to guests when cleaning
5. Assist guests when necessary while working in the elevator area
6. Make sure toilet paper is properly placed in the bathroom
7. Greet all guests properly and with a smile
8. Keep work basket clean and well supplied
9. Maintain all equipment in good working order
10. The storage room is clean and tidy
11. Report to work on time and wear correct uniform and name tag at all times
12. Provide high quality service to guests
13. Ensures that guest needs and reasonable requests are met
14. Be honest, provide true and effective personal information, and have no record of bad criminal behavior
