岗位职责/职位描述
1. Conduct regular spot checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioning
抽查采购、收货、储备、发货、备餐以及分配等各种程序。
2. Conduct regular spot checks on portion control of all items dispensed in the kitchen
抽查厨房分配的所有物品的分配管理。
3. Conduct regular spot checks for beverage par stocks。
抽查饮品最低库存。
4. Ensure that all merchandise are stored properly in locked storage areas and monitor security control of key for such areas
确保所有货物在锁好的储存区域内得到妥善保存,并且监控该区域的钥匙安全管理。
5. Ensure procedures for issuing F&B items from the Store are properly adhered to
确保发货程序,保证从仓库发出的餐饮物品得到妥善贯彻处理。
6. Perform menu costings
处理菜单成本分析。
7. Ensure store items are checked regularly on expiry and freshness
保证定期检查存货的过期时间及新鲜度。
8. Co-ordinate with Central Purchasing team on pricing & purchasing issues
就价格和采购问题和核心采购团队保持合作。
9. Prepare & process Purchase Orders for AFE items
准备和处理AFE货物采购单。
10. Co-ordinate purchase & delivery of overseas purchases, especially wine imports
协调进口商品采购及递送,尤其是葡萄酒进口。
11. Conduct month-end food and beverage inventories
处理月末餐饮存货清单。
12. Prepare monthly cost report
准备月成本报告。
