Responsible for Global committee’s financial analysis and daily work docking between shareholders and CFO of overseas companies
- 负责全球创新中心财务预算编制及分析。
Responsible for GIC’s financial budget implementing and analysing
2/主要工作职责：
协调组织全委会成员公司定期经营情况分析，并跟踪进展
Regularly coordinate the performance analysis of Global commitee subsidiaries and track the progress.
协调全委会成员公司的预算及滚动预测编制
Coordinate budget and rolling forecast preparation of Global commitee subsidiaries.
参与重大事件及进行决策；
Participate in major events of the company and make decisions;
协助全球创新中心实施财务预算及分析
Responsible GIC to implement and control the financial budget
3/ Qualifications任职资格:
- 财务及相关专业专科本科以上学历
- Bachelor degree or above in finance or related major
- 5年以上财务分析岗位工作经验
- Over 5 years working experience in FP&A
- 较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、结果导向性较强
- Strong logic thinking, good communication ability and resulted –oriented.
- 能够适应跨文化交流
- Flexible and open-minded to work in a multi-cultural environment across different continents
- 良好的中、英文口头及书面表达和交流能力
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both oral and written
- 具备良好的利用office工具完成报告演讲的能力
- Able to make good presentation using Microsoft office
- 有四大会计事务所工作经验优先
- Experience with a Big Four accounting firm is preferred
- 具有酒店业或零售行业工作经验优先
- Strong business acumen with hospitability or retail is preferred
