To ensure a smooth and professional service in the assigned section.
To work close as a team wit other waiters & runners.
To learn to provide an above average quality service standard.
To report defects, breakages & other areas of repair to the Operations Manager.
To be completely familiar with all instructions contained in the employee handbook, particularly with those pertaining to the specification of floor & guest service.
To be available for functions & events
To be knowledgeable of your products, service sequences & standards
To be willing to teach & train others
You have personal cleanliness & grooming responsibility
Always think of ways to improve your standards
To be punctual, efficient & courteous, assume at all times a pleasing & helpful attitude including the use of positive language
You have to cope with high volume of business
Efficiency in your work, to be honest to the guest, superiors and your colleagues, to have a good attitude and to be willing to learn

Basic command in English
Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant and/or 5 Star Hotel
Able to work in flexible shifts
Good manners
