岗位职责:
1.督导会计部、成本控制部的业务操作。
2.起草各种管理制度,落实各有关制度。
3.协助财务总监编写年度财务预算。
4.负责酒店的财产管理。
5.检查各种财务报告的及时、正确性,向财务总监呈报会计报表。
6.检查各项税金的上缴,加强与财政部门的业务联系,协调外部关系,取得有关信息。
7.配合各级外部审计查账工作,审核检查所有对外编报的数据及财务报表,确保无误方可报出。
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the operation of accounting department and cost control department.
2. Draft various management systems and implement them.
3. Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing the annual financial budget.
4. Responsible for hotel property management.
5. Check the timeliness and correctness of various financial reports and submit financial statements to the Chief Financial Officer.
6. Check the surrender of various taxes, strengthen business contacts with financial departments, coordinate external relations and obtain relevant information.
7. Cooperate with the audit work of external audits at all levels, audit and check all the data and financial statements compiled by external auditors, and ensure that no errors can be reported.
任职要求:
拥有五星级国际酒店工作经验,任职部门副职五年以上或部门正职两年以上经验。
Job requirements:
Have five-star international hotel working experience, serving as deputy of the Department for more than five years or two years of full-time experience of the department.
