岗位描述

工作职责DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

（1）必须充分熟知以及不断更新由公司或酒店给予的关于会计、控制和总体行政系统的指示Be familiar and constantly keep up-to-date with instructions issued by Hotel or company in so far as the accounting, control and general administration systems are concerned.

（2）根据所要求的知识、个人性格以及职业成熟，将受到财务总监更多的授权以及问题的决定权。He will receive more and more delegation of responsibilities and decision making from the Financial Controller according to knowledge acquired, own personality and professional maturity.

（3）财务经理和所属的会计需要能够在其休假或短期不在的时间接管其职责The Accounting Manager together with the Accountant, must be capable of taking over the Financial Controller’s responsibilities, should the latter be away for a short period of time or on vacation.

（4）和财务总监一道，定期对餐饮成本进行抽查和其他部门费用的随机抽查，并提交报告和建设性意见，以有效合理地控制开支。Together with Financial Controller, conduct regular spot checks relating to Food & Beverage costing and expenses of the other depts. at anytime and to submit a report thereafter suggesting recommendations to improve the bottom line.

（5）分析了解与财务相关的职责纪律和标准，与本地的劳动，税务，工商等政府机构商榷分析财务运作相关制度。Resolve and relate all matters and comply with all regulations and standards, pertaining to Accounting with the local Labors, Taxes, Prices and other related financial matters and issues with the Government offices and bureaus.

（6）承担培训部门的职责，主动培训和指导部门员工成为多面手，能够获得更多知识技能。Training of employees – must take the initiative to guide and train junior employees in the department to be multi job tasking, so that they can learn more.

（7）保管好部门的历史文件，以便内部及外部的审计。Department records must be well kept for internal and external audits.
