JOB SCOPE: 工作范围
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the general administration of the Engineering Dept., including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings and equipment as well as technical improvements, preventive maintenance and utilities consumption control.

Directs Department activities to ensure that its entire operation complies with Standard Operating Policies and Procedures and operates within established budgetary limits and within a positive working environment.
指导部门的工作，以确保整体运作遵守标准操作政策与规程、保持在已确定的预算范围内以及拥有积极的工作氛围。 2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 本职工作 （1）Daily meetings are performed to communicate and co-ordinate operational matters with Employees including maintenance scheduling, functions, Out-of-Order rooms, security and unsafe practices; activities, operational problems, possible changes in procedures, new-management policies, and monitoring progress on plans, productivity and efficiency.出席日会以便就以下运作事项与员工进行内部沟通与合作：包括维修安排、会议、报修房、安全隐患、大型活动、运作问题、程序调整、新管理政策、计划进展监控以及劳动工作效率。 （2）Operate within established controls and check that they are adhered to, maintaining or reducing cost.在已确定的控制范围内进行部门运作并始终致力于保持或降低成本。 （3）Works diligently to produce results according to goals, plans and budgets established for Maintenance, submitting improvements for Maintenance operations where he sees opportunities for improving service, increasing revenue, or for reducing costs.坚持不懈地根据目标、计划和制定的维修预算来取得工作成果，对他看到的所有能改进服务、提高收入或降低成本的机会提交维养改进方案。 （4）Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of Guest rooms, public area and hotel property on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually etc. and initiate timely and proper action to ensure that maintenance standards are met.为客房、公共区域和酒店资产提供每周、每月、每季、每年的预防性维修保养时间表，并采取适时行动以确保达到维修保养要求。 （5）Check that equipment is maintained according to schedules and approved preventive maintenance programs so as to produce assets, which are in a state of stand-by readiness. Equipment must be checked for cleanliness, proper storage and usage, and condition.检查各项设备都在根据计划和事先批准的预防性维修程序保养，以使各项资产保持在良好的备用状态，必须检查设备的清洁状况、妥善的储存和使用状态。 （6）The Chief Engineer interacts daily with the Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager to ensure room standards.工程总监每日与前厅部经理和客房部经理沟通以确保房间状态。 （7）Ensure that there is maximum protection and security to life and person of the Hotel's Guest and Employees.确保对酒店客人和员工最大程度的人身安全保障。 Education Qualification 学历要求: College degree and above
大专以上学历 Professional Experience 工作经验: 8 years and above previous concerned working experience in 5-star hotels of international chain, and the working experience with the same job is preferred.
八年以上国际连锁五星级酒店相关工作经验，具有本岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
