JOB SCOPE工作范围

According to the Barony Hotels & Resorts Worldwide policies, under the general guidance of the Director/Manager of Finance and Business Support within the limits of BHW policy and procedure is responsible for translating the business plan into the material and service requirements of the hotel and plans and executes their acquisition storage, and issuance.
根据君廷酒店及度假村集团的政策，在财务总监的指导下工作，负责将酒店商业计划转变成酒店实质性的服务需要，计划并执行物品的存储与分发。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责

Reports directly to and communicates with the Financial Controller on all matters pertaining to Purchasing controls, cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other departments in matters concerning Purchasing related matters and internal control.
直接向财务总监汇报采购相关的事宜。与其他部门合作，协调，并交流采购相关事宜及内部控制情况等。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 本职工作

（1）Translates operating forecasts into material requirements plans and thereby determines standard stock and re-order levels with Department Heads and Management.将酒店运营预测转变成酒店实质性的需要计划，并以此与部门经理商议决定标准库存量和补仓订货量。

（2）Participates in negotiations for service contracts.参与服务合同的谈判。

（3）Identifies and develops reliable sources of supply.辨别和开发可靠的供货渠道。

（4）Identifies and organizes adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items and implements corporate policy, products and initiatives in order to maximize cost effectiveness.为所有永久性库存物品确定及组织适合的存量，并遵循公司政策及产品特点使成本效率最大化。

（5）Establishes adequate record keeping and issuance procedures.建立适当的保管及分发程序记录。

（6）Obtains competitive quotations and bids.获得有竞争力的报价和投标书。

（7）Ensure physical stock take is conducted as scheduled.
确保按预定计划进行库存实物盘点。

（8）Posts orders to inventory module and produces purchase order for receiver to match against goods received.将订购需求输入系统的存货模块，并在实际收物时从系统中调出相关的采购订单，与实物核对。

Education Qualification 学历要求:
College degree and above.
大专以上学历。

Professional Experience 工作经验:
4 years and above previous concerned working experience in 5-star hotels of international chain, and the working experience with the same job is preferred.
四年以上国际连锁五星级酒店相关工作经验，具有本岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
