The AssistantTalent Acquisition Manager will report to the Human Resources Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager directs and works with Human Resources and Operations employees to carry out the daily activities of the Recruitment including interview, reference check, and exit interview and so on. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with government and local regulations and corporate operating procedures.
