1. GENERAL DUTIES: 主要职责
i. Responsible in all office administrative work of the Sales & Marketing department

ii. Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure good communication within the department, with other hotel
departments, with Accor offices and between the hotel and the market
协助营业总监与部门内部、其它部门及雅高总部、饭店和市场之间有良好的沟通。
iii. Supports the department in maintaining good follow-up on all tasks by the deadline.
支持本部门对所有的任务的执行在完成期限内保持良好的跟进。
iv. Coordinates with departments and individuals concerned in preparation and submission of reports as required.
与部门和相关的个人协调,按要求准备和呈交报表。
v. Assists the Director of Sales / Sales Manager in control and maximization of departmental resources.
协助营业总监/销售经理控制本部门资源,并最大程度地发挥资源的作用。
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责和方法
i. Co-ordinates and arrange activities accorded by the Director of sales & Marketing.
为营业部总监安排活动,配合其工作。
i. Arrange appointments and meetings with customers and other departments as directed by the Director of Sales &
Marketing and prepares the appropriate material for each appointment or meeting.
为营业部总监安排会议,并做记录确保其所需文件的准确性。
ii. Takes minutes of meetings, accurately transcribes and circulates to appropriate recipients.
准确做会议记录,发给相关人员传阅。
iii. Ensures all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
确保所有的报告及所需提供的服务能按时履行。
iv. Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation and submission of various reports according to
corporate and hotel guidelines.
协助营业部总监完成每月销售报告及其他报告。
v. Promptly handles daily in-coming mail and internal correspondence.
处理营业总监的日常公务信函。
vi. Maintains a filing and tracing system for the Sales & Marketing Department.
建立市场营业部的档案系统。
vii. Answers and handles all incoming telephone calls for the department according to the hotels Standards &
Procedures.
按照酒店的标准接听,转接电话,记录留言。.
viii. Coordinates & organizes business travel arrangements for the department.
协调,安排市场部人员出差事宜,如机票,食宿及其他。
ix. Interacts with departments and hotel staff in a professional and efficient manner to foster a good rapport,
promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.

x. Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.

xi. Responsible in inventory control and requisition or purchasing of office supplies according to the hotel’s policies
and procedures.

xii. Maintains a safe and secure working environment.

xiii. Be familiar with hotel safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.

xiv. Abides by the Sofitel Employee Handbook.
遵守索菲特酒店员工守则。
xv. Abides by both the hotel and Sofitel policies and procedures.

xvi. Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.
分析、评估、不断提高个人表现。
xvii. Carries out other tasks as directed by the Director of Sales / Sales Manager.
