Personnel administration
1. To ensure all company HR policies and procedures are in compliance with Labor Ordinance.
2. To update management on any new labor ordinance.
3. To monitor all personnel practices and in compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
4. To prepare Personnel Training Budget, Employee Relations Budget, Manning Budget and Annual Department Budget.
5. To maintain personnel records for full information of employee employment.

7. To approve the hiring of casual labor.
8. To announce new staff appointment for Department Head A and Department Head B.
9. To conduct exit interview of resigned staff (Department Head A) to find out reason of resignation.
10. To attend regular meetings ( e.g. Management Morning Briefing, Debriefing, Department Heads Meeting, Group HR Meeting, P&L, Health & Safety and etc.)
11. To conduct year-end performance appraisals.
12. To plan and supervise work systems of the department.
13. To supervise Human Resources subordinates.
14. To undertake any assignment given by top management to hotel operations.
Recruitment
1. To monitor and plan the manpower with Department Heads through recruitment control.
2. To be responsible of Department Head A staff and maintain high standard of recruits by conduction effective recruitment interviews.
3. To confirm employment agreements and formalities for Department Heads A and B.
4. To conduct reference checking for potential candidates of Department Head A.
5. To apply for work visa for expatriate staff.
Compensation & Benefit
1. To participate in various market trend and staff benefits surveys.
2. To conduct annual salary reviews and bonus exercises for staff benefits reviews.
3. To develop and control the manpower within budget salary and manning guide.
4. To monitor staff benefits according to HR policies and procedures at different levels.
5. To handle workman compensation.To handle expatriate staff’s benefit.
6.To approve payment requests for staff marriage gift, condolence payment, medical claims for supervisory level or above staff..
