On the day of arrival, ensure all special requests are followed up, for example, mini bar, rollaway, special requests确保所有当天的特殊要求的跟进,例如小酒吧,饭店以及特殊的要求
Ensure all information is prepared in advance for the guest. 确保提前为客人准备好所有信息
Check on day arrivals and transportation details ensuring bookings are made. 检查当日预抵详情及车辆安排情况,以确保预定无误
Obtain departure details from the day prior. 在前一天取得离店详情
Send out thank you letters 发送感谢信

Greet Hotel guests and visitors promptly and courteously. 及时,礼貌的迎接酒店的客人
Communicate Hotel product knowledge and philosophies to visitors and guests. 与客人沟通酒店服务信息
Provide hands on support to reception and concierge as required. 对前台和礼宾部的要求提供支持
Be responsible for the complete guest satisfaction and check in procedure for groups. 负责客人满意度以及团体的入住手续办理
Keep abreast with Hotel product knowledge, activities, banquets, function and special events motivating guests to utilise Hotel facilities and services. 随时了解酒店的产品知识,活动,宴会,功能和大事件,鼓励客人运用酒店的服务与设备
Ensure work area is kept neat and tidy. 确保工作区域保持整洁
Ensure security of cash drawer and accuracy with personal cashiering. 确保现金抽屉的安全以及收支准确
Communicate effectively with Concierge on guest needs, and changes to schedules. 有效的与门童沟通有关客人的需求,以及更改日程表
REQUIREMENTS 要求
Minimum two - three years front office experience至少二至三年前厅工作经验
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred高中学历,学士学历优先
Strong computer systems skills including; reservations and reporting systems熟悉电脑操作,包括预定及报表系统
Strong financial acumen财务敏锐性
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence situations良好的沟通能力
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork良好的团队协作能力
Strong Microsoft Office suite and reporting system skills熟悉电脑操作系统
Ability to work a flexible schedule 愿意倒班
