Hotel human resources management project, to ensure that the hotel guest's unique experience, and vitalize the brand with life. 工作职责DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES （1）制定各种计划促进团队协作，为所有团队成员营造积极的工作环境。为年度团队成员满意度调查提供支持并进行管理。Making the plan to promote teamwork, for all team members to create positive work environment for the annual team member satisfaction survey and management support （2）根据酒店或公司政策，针对经理级员工进行关于递进式惩戒规程、绩效管理流程及相关计划等方面的教育和培训，从而提高工作效率和提升业绩。According to the hotel’s P&P, in view of the manager level employees about the progressive disciplinary procedures of performance management process and related aspects of the education plan and training, which can improve the work efficiency and performance improvement. （3）为新员工提供入职培训，并让其了解酒店或公司的标准、政策、流程及员工福利计划等信息。For new staff provide orientation, and let the understanding of hotel or the company standard policy process and employee benefits and other information （4）负责维护并更新所有员工档案与记录。Responsible for maintenance and update all employees' personal files and records. （5）与部门经理协作共同开发达到服务行为标准和持续改善宾客体验的各类活动。With department manager to achieve common development cooperation service behavior standard and continuous improvement of the experience of the guests all kinds of activities. 任职要求 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 人力资源专业学士及以上学历或同等资历Human resources and professional bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
3 年相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑3 years related working experience with management experience is a plus
具有专业人力资源职称者优先考虑Has the professional Human Resources Certificate
