WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Keep the Restaurant Manager aware of all activities, issues related to the operation and share guest’s feedbacks
2. Advise the Restaurant Manager on discussions related to outlet
3. Work closely with Head Chef to create a good relationship between back and front of house and therefore ensure a smooth operation
4.Report to the Head Chef all comments from guests
5.Support the creation and implementation of sales and promotion plans
6.Be in constant communication with Head Chef, Head of Bars, Chief Steward
7.Organize and follow through the training and daily meetings with all team members
8.Control the quality of food & beverage served
9.Complete required daily Food and Beverage reports
10.Find ways to improve the efficiency of the operation that will benefit our clients
11.Find methods of reducing costs without affecting the level of service or product received by guests
12.Propose, and initiate when approved, new services and products for our guests
13.Train and motivate the team
14.Demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance, always wearing the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene both for self and team
15.Consistently exceed guest expectations
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience: At least 8-year experience in F&B. At least 2-year experience in the same role in 5-star hotel or high-end free-restaurant. Knowledge about managing the financial aspect of a restaurant including budget and Profit & loss.
Education: Undergraduate degree in Hospitality from an accredited university, college or hotel school.
Skills: Good computer skills. Good command of English. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Personality: Outgoing and goal driven personality, eager to learn and grow. Great leadership and organisational skills. Goal driven personality. Ability to work under pressure.
