职位介绍 :汇报:直线经理 – 区域运营总监 虚线经理 – 区域HRBP 负责项目点人员招聘和管理,包括员工考勤、入离职、员工关系、培训、绩效管理; 为企业运营和管理提供相应的人力资源状况和分析报告,包括人力计划、人员流失、人力成本等 3年以上人事专员或相关模块经验,熟悉招聘、payroll、劳动法 餐饮、酒店、商超工作经验优先 良好沟通协调能力,英语能读会说 To provide a broad range of human resources services in support of operation excellence & human resource initiatives for Compass China Core responsibilities: 主要职责: Recruitment招聘: Fully dedicated to develop in unit labour sourcing channels in the field 针对招聘计划进行招聘渠道的选择与开发 Day-to-day in unit labour recruitment, including interview arrangement, feedback follow-up, pre employment documents preparation, and on board notification to Central HR Shared Service Team. 日常招聘包括:面试、反馈跟踪、入职手续办理 Staffing and Training员工培训: Day-to-day staffing management, including new comers/leaver reporting, check-in/out process following, staff attendance record (duty roster) checking, leaves and overtime calculation and consolidation 员工管理,包括:人员入离职报告、员工考勤及加班统计等报告的制作 Provide induction program to in unit staff 员工指导 Coordinate and implement other trainings to staff 员工培训的协调与执行 Reporting报告: Manpower planning and monitoring with headcount statistics update at daily basis 人力状况报告的日常更新 Develop HR analysis and report to business leaders including workforce planning, labour turnover, labour cost analysis etc 为营运领导准备人事分析报告,包括:人力计划、人员流失及人力成本等 Develop local authority network and keep track of recent labour regulations/policies 当地人事相关机构的日常联系及政策的即时更新 Employee Relations员工关系: Stand for regular effective employee communication channel, means for company information and policy message - front line staff in particular 日常有效的员工沟通,包括公司相关政策信息 To facilitate operation leaders for regular staff communication meetings, to follow staff inquiries, to deal with all sorts of staff disputes and/or arbitration cases 协助营运领导做好员工沟通,了解员工需求,处理各种员工纠纷等 Contribute to maintain overall staff morale 协助建立企业文化及员工士气 Development / Implementation of local HR initiatives or ad-hoc projects 协助人事总部执行各种人事相关活动等 Key Performance Indicators 绩效管理 Monthly KPI score on errors and mistakes 绩效评分核实管理 Achievement of personal objectives agreed at PDR, conducted by Regional Operation Director and reviewed by Regional HR Head 协助绩效评估的执行 Feedback from colleagues and staff in the field 员工绩效制度的调查反馈 Relationships Reports to Regional Operation Directors or District Managers 直接向区域营运总监及经理汇报 Functionally reports to Regional HR Head 职能汇报对象是区域人事经理 Liaise with all levels at regional function 与区域各层级部门联系 Liaise with external parties, such as labour agencies, government & authorities, HR service providers, due to nature of work 与外部联系部门有:人事相关政府机构、人事代理商等 Qualifications 要求 College or University degree in Administration, Human Resources, Hotel/tourism management or related discipline 专科以上学历,行政、人事、酒店旅游管理等相关专业 English skills in spoken, writing; 有基础英语会话与写作能力 Experience in working in food industry is a plus 有相关餐饮人事或营运工作经历的优先 3-5 years experience in administration/HR field 3-5年的人事工作经验 Good computer skills and MS office skills; 熟练电脑操作 Good communication and interpersonal skill. 优秀的沟通和协调能力
