JOB SCOPE工作范围 Under the direction of the General Manager, and within the limits of established Policies and Procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation. In addition to the above, this position is also concerned with the overall supervision and control on a day-to-day basis.

（1）Direct and organize the Food & Beverage function within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee.带领和组织酒店内的餐饮经营活动，保证高品质的食品和酒水质量、服务和经营以实现最大化利润。作为酒店行政委员会成员之一参与全面酒店管理。 （2）Responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including Restaurants, Bars, Kitchen Operations, Catering and Banquet Operations.负责管理酒店内餐饮工作各方面的运营和盈利，包括餐厅，酒吧，厨房和宴会管理。 （3）Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. 遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。 （4）Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting strategic goals.在实现战略目标的工作中为总经理提供专业性的建议和行政支持服务。 （5）Establish systems which monitor the achievement of departmental goals.设立监督实现部门目标的系统。 （6）Achieve budgeted revenues, prepare monthly forecast, monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage department. Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans that support the overall objectives of the hotel. 完成预算收入，编制月度预算，监督和管理餐饮和人工费用，使餐饮部门所有领域的利润最大化。参加部门年度运营预算和财务计划的编制工作，以支持酒店的总体目标。 （7）Ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.

College degree and above.大专以上学历。 Professional Experience 工作经验：
8 years and above previous concerned working experience in 5-star hotels of international chain, and the working experience with the same job is preferred.八年以上国际连锁五星级酒店相关工作经验，具有本岗位工作经验者优先考虑
