To ensure that meetings are well planned and results-orientated
确保安排好以结果为导向的会议。
To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized

To maintain all hotel records and forms as prescribed by Sofitel hotel management and policies

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

To ensure that each outlet is managed by a Manager/ Management Team who are totally accountable for their profitability

To set, in close conjunction with each Outlet Manager, Annual operating budgets, be part of the F&B business plan

Conceives and develops products, concepts or changes which generate incremental revenue
