职位简介: 1 Manage and provide catering administrative support to catering Team. 2 Ensures all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely fashion. 3 Promptly handles daily in-coming mail and internal correspondence. 4 Maintains a filing and tracing system for the Catering Department. 5 Answers and handles all incoming telephone calls for the department according to the Hotel’s Standards & Procedures. 6 Requisition or purchasing of office supplies according to the Hotel’s policies and procedures. 7 Ensure the Catering database is kept current and up-to-date. 8 Interacts with departments and hotel staff in a professional and efficient manner to foster a good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
